This is completely impromptu. I happen to have some leftover egg mayo. Then my neighbour happen to give me some nice homemade dosa (thosai). As a member of the crazy food club, this is an opportunity too good to miss.


Recipe:
- Take half a dosa.
- Spread some egg mayo on it.
- Wrap it up with the dosa.
- Bite and chew.
The result was surprisingly good. The taste of the slightly sour dosa compliments the slightly salty egg mayo well. That salty and sour mix was unexpectedly good. Very good indeed. The texture of the soft dosa also works well with the soft egg mayo. A bit like those soft Japanese pancakes with a soft red bean paste filling.
