Chocolate cookies, vanilla and ice cream. What could possibly go wrong?
Althought it sounds like a sure-win recipe, the problem is that the customer’s expectations is set sky high. Chocolate cookie is nice. Vanilla is nice. Ice cream is heaven. Put all 3 together than you get heaven in heaven!
That is where the problem lies. The ice cream here not very creamy. It’s not sorbet-like either. Somehow, it’s hard to explain but the texture is not good. The chocolate cookie is a bit soggy. The vanilla… what vanilla? A bit of a disappointment.
