Sainsbury’s Spanish Paella Rice

It was surprising how difficult it was to find paella rice in Singapore! It was close to impossible. Perhaps it’s because it’s normally substituted by the cheaper and more commonly available normal rice. Yes, that is possible and it comes close, but not really close enough.

I finally hit the jackpot when a relative brought some Sainsbury’s Spanish Paella rice back from Europe. It hit the kitchen immediately!

Add some prawns, sotong, chicken and chorizo, cook it and voila. A nice paella made using proper Spanish paella rice.
